About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the requests you make through it: joining our list, telling us about an occasion, and partnership enquiries. By using the site you agree to them. They're governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute falls to the competent courts of Alexandria.
Nothing is sold online
This website publishes no prices and takes no orders or payments. Everything, from a wedding to a case of coffee, is agreed in conversation with the family by phone or email, and is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing.
Catering
Catering for occasions of 100 guests and more is quoted individually. A conversation becomes a booking only once we have confirmed the details and any deposit in writing. We will be clear about timelines, staffing, menu and what is included.
The Pantry
Coffee, jams and sauces are supplied to hotels, cafés and restaurants by arrangement. Supply, lead time and terms are agreed personally when we call you back.
Partnerships
An enquiry about opening a Délices is an expression of interest, not a binding agreement. Any partnership is governed by a separate written contract reached directly with the owners.
The family list
When you join our list you agree to receive occasional emails from Délices about events, list-only pricing and new experiences, and SMS reminders if you gave us a phone number. You can leave the list at any time with one tap or by emailing us.
Intellectual property
The Délices name, logo, recipes, photography and the content of this site are ours and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Bringing the Délices brand to your venue is only possible through a formal partnership.
Liability
We take great care, but to the extent permitted by Egyptian law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the website. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Allergens
Our products may contain or be made alongside nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and other allergens. If you or your guests have allergies, tell us when we speak and we'll advise honestly.
