We are selective. We work with partners who share our standards, and we review every serious proposal ourselves. If your project is the right one, the owners will reach out to you personally.

Délices baked King Farouk’s coronation cake in 1937 and his royal wedding cake to Queen Farida in 1938, and served Egypt’s palaces, ministers and statesmen for a century. A working museum inside the flagship holds a hundred years of that history.

A 6–18 month consulting engagement
We work alongside you to complete the build, align every detail to Délices brand standards, and prepare for the grand opening — a hands-on engagement, not a handover.
Design & fit-out standards
The layout, materials and détail that make a room read as Délices — provided as standards your team builds to, or built by ours.
Staff training
We train your patisserie and service teams in the Délices method — the pastry, the coffee, the white-glove service that has run Egypt's rooms for a century.
Supply of the Délices line
Your kitchen is supplied through our existing wholesale line — Greek & Guatemalan coffee, whole-fruit jams and chef sauces — so the taste is the real thing.
Grand-opening launch
We prepare and support the grand-opening launch event, so the Délices name arrives at your property the way it deserves to.
